Objective: To train technicians for chemical analysis, from the collection of samples, dilution, until the end reactions, calculations and interpretation of results.
To whom it: Supervisor, laboratory technicians and analysts who manages and perform chemical analysis in sugar, alcohol and alcoholic beverages industries.
- Control of Industrial Losses and Fermentation
Sugar cane analysis by digester, RTS and RS by Eynon & Lane methodology, RTS of industrial losses by Somogyi & Nelson methodology, dextran by quick methodology, ammonia and assimilable nitrogen, phosphorus without nitro-perclórica digestion, colorimetric sulfite, impurities in the mash, alcoholic concentration in beer by digital densimitry, enzymatic glycerol, sulphuric acid and yeast's fermentation.

- Sugar and Sugar cane juice (PCTS) | Special Analysis
Total polysaccharides, starch, sugar dextran (Robert's Copper methodology) and sugar cane dextran (PCTS) by quick methodology.
Duration: 3 days
- Sugar | Conventional Analysis
ICUMSA color, POL, turbidity, filterable, moisture, conductivity ash, insoluble waste, black points, magnetically particles and size measurement.
